Tai Chi is the art of nurturing the self and the science of power. We will learn a simple 7 movement form, meditation practices and balance training skills. These three are the pillars of foundational tai chi practice. Postural control, balance, flexibility, coordination, agility, strength, awareness, confidence and quality of sleep are a few of the primary benefits gained through practice.
