Description

Research from the Stanford Center on Longevity has shown that we need three things as we get older: purpose, well being and community. This 4-week class will explore the six dimensions of purpose, the six elements of optimal health and well being, and how to enrich our lives through community. In addition, it will introduce the subject of mindsets and how they can hold us back or move us ahead toward a richer, happier life, tools to navigate life transitions, and four principles for living a life of renewal.
