Description
This is a mat based class with emphasis on slow, passive movements and deep stretches, targeting the body’s connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons and fascia. The poses will be held approximately 2 minutes as we focus on breathing smoothly and fully and quieting the mind as we come to stillness. We will end with a guided meditation. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and blanket or towel to use as a knee cushion or pillow.
