Older adults are more likely to fall which can cause serious injury and the most common causes of falls include muscle weakness, poor balance, and lack of confidence about moving. Many studies have shown that Tai Chi as being the one of the most effective approaches to preventing falls. This class focuses on improving balance, confidence and muscular strength as you learn the movements of Tai Chi.
