Description
When beginning meditation, people often expect immediate serenity, only to be met by racing thoughts, fatigue, or self-doubt. This series uses the relatable metaphor of The Weather to reframe these mental distractions as passing atmospheric conditions—heat waves, thunderstorms, fog, and wind. Instead of struggling to “fix” the weather, participants learn to rest in the stable clarity of the “sky.” Each session balances accessible mindfulness concepts, an interactive group anchoring exercise, and a guided practice.
