The class will explore and address personal movement issues, recurring problems and help find solutions. The class emphasizes the significance of hands and feet, considered the workhorses of the body in Eastern medicine. Special attention will be given to feet: Examining your arches, toe control, ankle strength, and understanding how minor injuries can cause imbalances. We will also focus on improving toe mobility and balance. We will explore techniques to enhance our hands’ strength and functionality, while addressing wrist pain and arthritis pain. Join our workshop specifically designed for older adults to gain insights and techniques that promote stability, well-being, and how to balance your body while building strength and awareness.
