This is a first of its kind workout designed by a neurologist and brain researcher to increase cognitive (brain) fitness. The thirteen-week course meets twice per week and focuses on mindfulness, social engagement, education in brain nutrition, sleep, stress management, cognitive exercise and physical exercise. Wear comfortable clothing, supportive athletic-type shoes, bring a pen and pad of paper and be ready to grow new brain cells!
