They were both born on plantations in Maryland in the early 1800s and despite all odds, escaped from the institution of slavery and spent their lives working for the betterment of humanity. Audience members will sit spellbound as master teacher, Bill Perryman, brings to life the dramatic stories and accomplishments of two extraordinary American heroes.
